Immediately after I made all my research papers public (1 April 2026), Zenodo blocked my account, labeled my work "non-research" and "spam", and declared the decision "final – no appeal" (ticket INC4920668 / Nicola & Alex, CERN).
What they did:
• Called deterministic derivations from BAO data "non-research"
• Left infringing CC BY 4.0 violation papers live while erasing the source
• Refused to investigate 10-page formal complaint (research misconduct, CC BY breach)
• Ignored police reports: RCMP #CT-2026-335350 / Toronto Police #575241
What this page does: It preserves the complete priority record. All DOIs remain registered with Zenodo metadata. Full texts are mirrored on theansceror.org and the Internet Archive. The tombstone does not erase the discovery.
